From a young age I was immersed in a life of renovations. When I purchased my first investment property at 22 years of age - that’s when the real fun started. Life became renovations - laying floors, driving bobcats, painting, removing tiles - my whole life was renovating!
After a period of renovating retained properties for a subdivision company, I decided it was time to spread my wings and build my own business. A business that cared, that was built with love, that changed people’s lives for the better.
Perth Renovation Projex was born - a business that could do a renovation for anyone and everyone.
When I’m not running sites, I’m mentoring other “Reno Bosses” via my online courses to help build their businesses. I’ve featured in Your Investment Property Magazine and been guest speaker at investor conferences., and have recently been recognised as a finalist in the 2020 AusMumpreneur Awards.
Put simply, your reno is in safe hands with me and my team.

THE BUILDER
Shannon heads up a team of around 30 trades and suppliers who create magic all over Perth. From basic investment renovations through to designer, owner-occupied renovations.
Kayne is our in house builder, who makes sure we are acting in accordance to Master Builders rules and regulations. With over 15 years of experience in construction, he is the man who makes sure we do it right!
